Indians Jaago.. Ab nahi jaage to kabhi nahi jaage.

In earlier days India used to worry about brain drain where intellectuals used to abandon India for greener pastures which made India underdeveloped. That at least made quite a large number of families richer than an average working class family settled in India. Now we are facing another serious problem since decades due to the bunch of greedy businessmen in India. It goes like this. Doing your assigned duty is Swadharma. As a citizen of India everybody's duty is to work for the development of self first, family and nation. Paradharma is just the opposite of Swadharma where we sacrifice our self duties and perform the duties of others. So, outsourcing means doing Paradharma which is very dangerous to the native as per Bhagavad Gita. Employees doing outsourcing work means they are doing Paradharma by burning midnight oil for the sake of meagre benefits risking their personal and family life inorder to keep the developed nation ahead of India. Let us move from spiritual to worldly affairs. Most of the outsourcing work is like reinventing the wheel making our young software engineers dumb enough to confine their brains to routine tedious work of coding. For cheap salaries our young engineers make riches for bunch of Indian families who sign the deals with the clients to dump the talented engineer's brain for doing junk work for them. If these current rich tycoons would have focussed in last two decades on the development of indigenous research groups in various sectors using the brightest talent in India then India would have surpassed China by this time. There is not a single successful software product from India which sells to end customers abroad. Whereas China produces all the products that are sold to end customers in US and Europe. That is self Reliance. So, India will remain undeveloped as long as our young engineers do outsourcing work meant for dumping their IQ in trash for the sake of few dollars instead of using for the development of India/self. Brain drain is far better than current brain dump. INDIA AWAKE!! INDIANS AWAKE!!
